Privacy

The game sends play statistics to its developer only, at mechaboom.com. The controller is Gawen Arab, mechaboom@gawen.me. They are not sold or shared, and no advertising uses them.

Audience measurement

On by default, under the exemption for audience measurement (French data protection law art. 82, CNIL guidelines). It sends a random audience identifier renewed every 13 months, a session identifier, the game's version, platform and language, and the time spent in the game. The country is derived from the IP address, which is then discarded and never stored. Raw data is kept 25 months, then only daily totals. You can object at any time by writing to mechaboom@gawen.me.

Statistics to improve the game

Sent by every copy of the game, so that it runs well on every device (the developer's legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). It adds a random install identifier; the device (graphics chip, system version, screen, refresh rate, battery or mains, system language, processor cores); calibration results and frame rates; runs (battlefield, duration, score, kills, wave, how they ended); menu buttons used; errors, crash reports and the bug reports you send; occasional technical measurements. A bug report you send carries your words, a picture of the game, its log and your run so far, and your email address if you give it, so that we can answer you. Kept with no time limit. You can object at any time by writing to mechaboom@gawen.me: what was sent from your device is then deleted from the server.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection (GDPR). Write to mechaboom@gawen.me. You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

This website sets no cookies and its server does not record visitors' IP addresses. It is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes connection data, such as IP addresses, to serve it.
